I would just like to point something out for anyone switching from oil to any other source of heat, gas, propane, geo.

The people doing the job have to have an oil licence to even disconnect the oil line from your furnace and they are also responsible for removing the oil tank and oil line.

If they can not show you an OBT2 licence then they will be doing it illegally. if they cause a spill or anything your insurance and their insurance will NOT cover damages as they are working beyond their scope.

ATM HEATING/COOLING is licensed for oil, gas, propane and my prices include removing the oil and oil tanks and my prices are usually on par or less then competitors.
