A base coat of alkyd sealer/conversion primer followed by a top coat of paint, colour matched to the existing wall stain, has this century old barn looking fresh and soon ready to be used as a retail space!
Another deck resurfacing job. Hours of meticulous prep work before stain may be applied in order to successfully withstand our Canadian climate!

Holiday Monday deck resurface job!
Replaced the top handrail as well. Tarp covering this evening to protect from any possible rain to allow first coat of stain tomorrow.
