I made some smaller sourdough loaves today. Blueberry, Gouda with olive and Gouda with pepperoni. Sometimes you just need a little one. 👍🏻

I love and respect of all of my lgbtq friends and family not just in June but all year. But, In June we all need to help bring awareness and show support for them any way we can. My sourdough story started around 5 years ago. I was in pastry school, there were covid restrictions. Dry yeast was not readily available so why not try making my own via a sourdough starter! We will call my started Bruce however he is known by many other not so nice names as he is not always agreeable to our schedule. Bruce has to be fed daily and sometimes likes a little whole wheat flour with his breakfast. 😉 Through many trials and errors I have created a good all purpose sourdough I think. It’s not fancy and has no bells and whistles. It’s baked fresh from Wednesday to Sunday. Give it a try sometime 😊
