📣📣 We are proud to be sponsoring a hole at this year’s annual ladies golf tournament and fundraiser hosted by The Pinkest Owl at Glen Lea Golf Course.

This event helps raise funds and awareness in support of breast cancer, while bringing the community together for an important cause.

We are also excited to be participating in the tournament alongside so many others supporting the event.

We look forward to a meaningful day on the course in support of a cause that impacts many individuals and families in our community.

“It’s not bad enough yet” is one of the most common reasons people delay looking into their hearing.

In many cases, this belief is based on the idea that hearing loss should feel obvious or severe before it is worth addressing.

However, hearing changes often begin as increased effort rather than reduced ability. Many people are still able to hear, but conversations may require more concentration or feel more tiring over time.

It is also common for people to begin adapting without realizing it. This can include changing environments, relying more on visual cues or adjusting communication habits.

Because these changes happen gradually, they can feel manageable and become normalized.

If you have noticed that listening requires more effort than it used to, it may be worth understanding what is contributing to that change. This does not mean committing to treatment, but it can provide useful clarity.
