At the recently concluded seminar for women empowerment in Edo State. Matters arising included the impact of in the state. The honorable commissioner for women affairs and social development Mrs. Eugenia Abdallah chaired the occasion with other dignitaries.

Galam Community Trust out on the streets and in our schools. We shared meals and hope with homeless individuals and school children.
This is more than giving; it’s showing up, listening, and letting people know they matter. One act of kindness, one life touched, one community at a time. ❤️
Galam Community Trust is starting the year on the ground with partnership intended to reach into inner communities with genuine care, giving back where it’s needed most, and making sure our children feel seen, supported, and impacted.
“Who Is Your Friend?” was the theme of the powerful message delivered during the prison ministration organised by the Galam Community Trust in collaboration with Apostle Paul Newman Prison Outreach.
The one-day crusade, held at Oko Prison, wasn’t just another programme—it was an atmosphere of hope, reflection, and genuine connection. Inmates listened as the message explored the transformative power of choosing the right influences and building friendships that uplift rather than destroy.
This initiative is only the beginning. The organisers announced that the seminar will now hold every fortnight, moving from one correctional facility to another across Nigeria, carrying the same message of hope, restoration, and second chances.

Some nights ago we came together as one family to celebrate the endless love of God over our community. It was a night filled with warmth, gratitude, and purpose. Over dinner, members reflected on the progress of ongoing projects and shared fresh ideas for future plans that will continue to uplift lives.
Truly, with God’s love as our foundation, the future looks brighter. 💙🙏

Galam Community Trust, a non-profit NGO based in Brampton with international reach in Nigeria, Haiti, and beyond, recently hosted “Lunch with Galam” right here in the Brampton community.
It was a beautiful day of giving back—sharing free food and drinks, connecting with neighbors, and reinforcing our commitment to compassion, community, and care.
At Galam, we believe that true impact starts locally but extends globally. From Brampton to Nigeria, from Canada to Haiti, our mission remains the same: to serve, uplift, and empower communities in need.
