Congratulations to P. V. Sindhu on winning gold at the 2019 BWF World Championships in Basel, Switzerland, and also on becoming the first Indian to do so.

World #5 Sindhu knocked out #2 Tai Tzu-ying (Taiwan) in the quarter-finals, #4 Chen Yufei (China) in the semi-finals, and finally, #3 Nozomi Okuhara (Japan).

(BRAMPTON) Peel Badminton Club - PBC's 2018-2019 junior badminton training season is coming to an end. June 7th will be the last regular class before we resume in September. Our year end party for recreational play, awards, games, exhibition matches, and food will be held on June 8th. If you haven't confirmed your attendance, please do so now!
