2. INSPECTIONS FOR SELLERS PRIOR TO LISTING see fee schedule for "pre-purchase home inspection."

3. PROBLEM SOLVING INSPECTIONS.
$250.00 (minimum) for first hour, $150.00 per hour thereafter for on-site and reporting services.

4. NEW HOMES (P.D.I.'S AND PRE-EXPIRY OF WARRANTY)
$450.00 for houses under 2,500 sq. ft.
$475.00 for houses between 2,500 sq. ft. and 3,500 sq. ft.

5. LEGAL REPORTS.
Small Claims Court expert reports - $800-$1,200
Superior Court expert reports - $2,200-$3,500

6. CONDOMIMIUM INSPECTIONS AND SMALL APARTMENT UNITS.-Start at $375.00
