👉 Effective April 5, 2026, all OCI applications must be submitted in person at BLS Centres, along with biometric enrollment

Postal applications will NO longer be accepted.

Starting April 5, 2026:
✔️ In-person submission at BLS Centres is mandatory
✔️ Biometrics required
❌ Postal applications discontinued
