A perfect day with a perfect group of women at The I Within Me Workshop that I hosted at !

We explored past, talked about the present, and created personal purpose statements to guide each of us in our future. It was a true pleasure spending the day with all of you! Many blessings for your futures! And to all reading this, Happy International Women's Day! Let's continue to uplift each other and break down the barriers that inhibit women and girls around the world. I heard a statistic on CBC radio today that, internationally, girls make up only 1/3 of the global student population. Only 33%! We can do better.

It's time to test your memory! First, I'd like to share a fun fact:
Did you know the common goldfish has a three second memory? That's why they don't get bored in a tiny bowl. It swims about...doo doo do hey look! A castle! Does another lap ...doo doo do, hey look! A castle! Every so often, you get a genius goldfish with a four second memory ...doo doo do, hey look! A castle! ...doo doo do, wait a minute, I've seen that ...Hey look! A castle!

Hahaha! I can't say this joke without the fishy face and laughing! Hahaha!

Now, researchers have found that goldfish have better memories than 3 seconds, and they have also found that we humans are getting shorter attention spans of merely 3 seconds. (So I'll wrap this up quickly...)
