Frame/Buffalo Drumming Circle Second Tuesday of the Month

November 11th at 1:30 pm is our next drum circle.

We will be meeting at the Engineer’s Hall on Pine Street in Belleville, right opposite Queen Victoria school.

Drumming can also be a powerful tool for self-reflection and personal growth. As we drum, we enter a state of deep relaxation and open ourselves up to insights and revelations from our inner selves. This can lead to self-discovery, healing, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

There will be a small fee to use the hall, so donations
(suggested $5.00, but pay-what-you-can is fine).

I think it will be great to have a home again.
