Wow ! You guys blew me away - I posted we were back in studio and my class was FULL ! It makes me smile that you choose me - and my style. So Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !

Remember: it was our first class back in a month ! Give yourself the grace and understanding today- we may have stretched dormant muscles …. We may have found a spot we were holding tension we didn’t know we had ♥️
