GRILLED KOREAN BEEF SHORT RIBS.
𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 ‘𝙚𝙢!

Marinated in a Korean style ‘Bulgogi’ marinade, rich with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and Gochujang. We combine the short rib in the pouch with a trio of mushrooms, then slow-cook them sous vide.
