April 9 marked Education and Sharing Day 📚

At Devxchange, we believe every individual deserves access to education. That’s why we proudly support Fadhili Trust and their Watoto Wetu Scholarship, which helps students in Kenyan communities overcome barriers to learning.

Through this initiative, students facing difficult circumstances are given the financial support they need to stay in school and build a brighter future.

Since 1970, April 22 has marked Earth Day—a global reminder that protecting our planet starts with everyday action 🌍

At Devxchange, we’re proud to support sustainability through The Mushroom Project. This initiative aims to launch 2,000 micro mushroom farms in Ethiopia and plant 100,000 seedlings annually, empowering communities while promoting environmental resilience.

On March 22, we recognized World Water Day 💧

But the reality is still urgent: nearly 1 in 4 people worldwide don’t have access to safe drinking water.

At Devxchange, we’re working to change that. Through our Forestry for Life program, what began as a tree-planting initiative has grown into something bigger—supporting sustainable water access and community development in Ethiopia 🌍

Clean water changes everything—from health to education to opportunity.

On March 8, Devxchange International marked International Women’s Day.

It’s a moment to reflect on the importance of equal opportunity for women everywhere.
Through the programs we fund, our local partners are helping women gain practical skills and build more stable futures. Initiatives like Newlivelihood and New Hope offer vocational training that opens the door to new possibilities.

This is what providing equal rights and opportunities for women looks like in action.

Today is International Day of Forests — a time to recognize how forests support life, livelihoods, and learning around the world.

Through our Forestry for Life campaign, Devxchange International funds local partners in Ethiopia to plant trees and support communities. This work helps families access food, build income, and create healthier environments where people can learn and thrive.

It’s more than planting trees — it’s about strengthening the conditions that make education and well-being possible.
