This amazing woman came to me in her late 40s with something many people are still trying to build...

She had spent a couple years doing CrossFit and loved it, but she was ready for a different approach. Her goal wasn't just to get strongerโ€”it was to reveal the muscle she had worked so hard to build by focusing on body composition and creating more balance throughout her physique.

One of the first things I noticed was that her traps and shoulders were doing a lot of the work. Years of training had created some muscle imbalances that were preventing other areas from reaching their full potential.

So we got strategic.

We focused on bringing up weaker muscle groups, improving muscle recruitment, refining technique, and creating the right nutritional approach to support fat loss while preserving muscle.

The result?

What I love most about transformations like this is that they aren't about becoming someone else.
