Here is everyone! A crispy part of every Persian meal 😋 Tahdig is made of two words; Tah, meaning the bottom, and Dig meaning the pot. Depending on the type of the rice we’re cooking, Tahdig is whether fried potatoes, rice, or bread. This peace is our Loobia Polow tahdig 😝
