Classes for women and girls over 14 years seeking self-defense training without the formality of martial arts. Sturdy shirt or jacket recommended for participants.

Fitness and self-defense in a safe and respectful atmosphere

Location: Knox Presbyterian Hall - 39 Grant St. Baddeck

Schedule:
- class times may change in response to student numbers and ages
- students may join at any time

Monday & Wednesday: September to June (reduced summer schedule)
5-13 years: 615 to 715 pm
14 years and older: 730-9 pm

Yearly Rates:
5-8 years: $100
9-18 years: $120 per year
19 and over: $180 per year

* Fee includes uniform and rank testing
