Nose First, Knows First

We walk together, and together we are stronger!

All dogs are originally made to be nose, eyes, ears, but some dogs have a weaker sense of smell so they resort to eyes. When you notice a dog reacting to something they see you will know that they are not using their noses. This can create misleading messages to people, dogs, or even the dog itself.

Remember behaviour training is for the mind not for the body posture! You can still have an anxious dog in a sitting or lying down position... But what you really want is a calm dog and it shouldn't matter what position they are in.
