The copyrighted Teacher Certification Manual used exclusively by this Program was created by Romana Kryzanowska and Sean Gallagher to ensure a comprehensive formula for translation of the Joseph Pilates system of exercises to the Apprentice or “Apprentice”, and it has remained the hallmark of The New York Pilates Studio® (TNYPSTM) Teacher Certification program today.

The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program continues the rich tradition of the first Professional Certification Program started in 1992 by Pilates Inc,. and Sean Gallagher the 5th owner of Joseph Pilates original studio business. Dedicated to providing instruction and continuing education in Joseph Pilates work it is our mission to preserve and continue to promote the highest standards in Pilates education and professional training for future generations.
