Rolling out a retail pop-up across eight flagship stores in five weeks takes serious coordination. For Kayali’s first North American fragrance pop-up at Sephora, RI partnered with Park Creative Studio to bring the concept to life.
The rollout included:
✓ custom displays
✓ illuminated lightboxes
✓ large-format graphics
✓ nationwide logistics and installation
