This beautiful custom 5 (yes 5) level backsplit may not have had all the bells and whistles, but it was in mint condition with so many of the boring big ticket items done. These are the homes I tell my clients to look for. Well built and cared for with all the important and expensive items like roof, windows, furnace and AC done. Paint is easy. Flooring can be done in some rooms and with the hardwood floors in pristine condition, they wouldn't have to worry about that either.
For P and K it was a love at first site especially when compared to the quick flips we kept seeing.
