MOBILITY AND STRETCHING CLASS

I will be running a 6 week session. Here are the details!

Time: 7-745pm
Place: Merid and Magna Historic Retreat
Day: Sunday's from Feb 15-March 29th (no class March 1st)
Cost: $90
Class consists of primarily chair-based exercise with optional standing and mat exercises.
