Donna Davis is bringing her Powerful Woman Yoga and Spa Retreat to Maplestone on Friday June 19th and it is exactly the kind of day your summer needs.

From 9:30am to 4:30pm you will move through feel-good Powerful Woman yoga, settle into a crystal bowl sound bath, spend time in our thermal spa, journal, breathe, and share a nourishing plant-based lunch with a room full of incredible women.

You will go home happy in your body, relaxed, refreshed, and actually ready to enjoy the summer.

No yoga experience required. Come with a friend or on your own... many women do, and they never regret it.

We are kicking off the month with our Open House and Wellness Market on June 6 — come explore the property, meet the team, and see what we have been building.

On June 12 we are hosting Pride Night Under the Stars. A night to celebrate, connect, and be exactly who you are in one of the most beautiful settings around.

And joining us on June 13 and June 27 is Flora Fitness for Yoga and Pilates on the property. Two mornings to slow down, move your body, and breathe.
