2nd Almonte Cub and Scouts

2024 has been a busy year so far. Both cubs and scouts have held their winter camps, and yesterday both groups had an excellent adventure hiking up Blueberry Mountain. Cubs roasted hot dogs over a campfire, while scouts cooked bacon and eggs over their twig stoves. It's great to enjoy the outdoors.

Sunday February 18th is the annual Baden-Powell Pancake Breakfast at the Almonte Civitan Club. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausages, bacon, fresh fruit and more, and then see our collection of scouting memorabilia. Mark the event on your calendar, and let your friends know.

Merry Christmas from 2nd Almonte Scouting. We haven't posted for quite a while, but we plan to fix that. Starting Boxing Day we will provide posts showing what cubs and scouts have been up to this fall on a month by month basis, Meanwhile Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
