📍Based out of our Angus office, serving New Tecumseth, Essa, Wasaga Beach, Alliston, and surrounding communities.

In this role, you'll:
✔️Build partnerships with local employers
✔️Connect job seekers with meaningful opportunities
✔️Support individuals facing barriers to employment
✔️Promote FOCUS employer services and workforce development programs
✔️Help clients achieve long-term employment success

We're looking for someone with strong relationship-building, customer service, negotiation, and employment counseling skills who is passionate about making a difference in their community.
