Oh how we wish we could control the weather. We know how many fingers are crossed leading up to the day, hoping for no rain during the outdoor ceremony.

We also know that having a back up plan “just in case” is so important. It’s a big task in a short amount of time for our teams to flip rooms from ceremony to reception but it gives the couple the opportunity to experience the same things they would have outside; an aisle, a focal point for the ceremony, guests seated in rows as opposed to at their tables.
