It touched my heart.
I often encounter people in my field promoting themselves as an expert, but you can see many technical and SEO-related errors when you look at their website.
However,I know from the first experience when you are so loaded with projects that you ignore your own website.

But authenticity and honesty make the whole difference.
If the person doesn't try to train you a bit so you become a better decision maker and independent perhaps you should research a bit more.
