This is just a feeling or thought on the part of the writer.... Seems that the dump that Hopkins residents have been using may be coming to a close in the near future. Over the past couple of weeks the dump has become more and more unkept. This then leads people to just dump wherever making it increasingly difficult to get in and out.
I was there today and decided to drive around the back way as the normal access was just too messy to drive through. Now, at the southwest side of the dump area someone has put in posts to block entrance so that you cannot go into the dump if coming from the Sittee River side.
I'm thinking before to long we will either need to subscribe to trash pickup of take it to the sorting station near 6 mile.
