Happy New Year!!!
Pilates is switching back to the MWF schedule. Same start time. :-)
It's back to our normal school year schedule. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays @ 9am.
Effective Monday June 16th. Classes switch to the summer schedule of M, W, & F at 9am.
Merry Christmas!!! The Christmas week schedule is the same Tuesday Dec 24th, Thursday Dec 26th, and Saturday Dec 28th at 9am.
If anyone in the village wants to do yoga tomorrow morning at 7:30am, there will be a visiting Belizean yoga instructor behind EveryDay Market back by the lagoon. The style is vinyasa(flow) and he has been a certified instructor for 9 years.
The regular Tuesday Pilates class will be on Monday Nov 11th at 9am.
