A few days ago , I sign a contract with a company from Costa Rica. Today things turn into a shocking twist .
I am innocent of al wrong doings . However, Language Barrier with the Chinese company. May have played a role in.

The caves been closed for a few days now . I mention their was a possibility the cave maybe closed tomorrow due to flooding . If this was the case in the morning, I mention I will offer an alternative tour with the zipline . I always tell my client via email that the caves is subject to Mother Nature . I have no control over nature . This group insist me take them to the cave . There his no way I can put people life in jeopardy. The cave tubing park has a governing body they have the las stay as to whether it’s open or closed. yet they insist me t take them to the cave.

I refuse to risk their life . And now my remaining days of work with them plus final payment is in jeopardy . Today . I told most restaurant are closed in the city as it a Sunday. They insisted I take them somewhere. I did take them somewhere. After the city tour , I took them to their hotel that has a restaurant . Yet they got upset .

I am sharing this because I have a good name to keep and I will not allow people to ruin my good name .
I have been doing my part of the contract . But now , the last two leg of our trip does not look quite well .

But I know I am innocent of all wrong doings .

When you are ready to commit with a tour with us , please expect to pay some sort of deposit ahead of time .
In the past we have had one too many people not showing up for their tours with us because we did not collect a deposit .

As a result of this , I am now requesting a deposit . I hope you can understand the reason for the deposit .

Should you doubt us about the way we go about collecting our deposit , please read our TripAdvisor / Google reviews. You can check us out also on ChatGPT.

We have had one too many people commuting via email but when we ask for a deposit , they go silent. I will no longer be waiting on deposits. If you are serious about booking with us , then I expect the deposit in a timely fashion .

If deposit are not made in due time , then your tour seat will be void and leave open for other clients who are willing to make it happen for their group .
