Management of Hunters Inn Pub respond to certain allegations, assertions and other false accusations made against one of the controlled brands of Hitong Holdings Limited - Hunters Inn Pub which has been circulating on social media confirming take over of the brand by Ozone Club Mahalapye.

We would like to provide the following information to refute the allegations made against our brand:

•First, the report infers that Hunters Inn Pub has been taken over by Ozone Club -Mahalapye.

•Hunters Inn Pub ( Brand Limited ) has never transferred its rights to any brand including Ozone Club-Mahalapye .

•Any developments, transactions and or release of brand rights shall be communicated accordingly.
