LOCAL BUSINESSES BENEFIT FROM TAPYOWA NG 32 EXPERIENCE
Local entrepreneurs seized the opportunity to market and sell their products during the TAPYOWA NG 32 Experience held at Mmamukhutshwane Island in the Okavango Delta.
Among them was Maun-based businesswoman Banabothe Mahero, who travelled to the event to showcase and sell her products.
Speaking to Nhabe Insights Press, Mahero said reaching the venue was challenging due to the difficult terrain and unfamiliar surroundings, which made the journey demanding for traders.
Despite the challenges, she described the experience as worthwhile, saying the event created a valuable platform for local businesses to connect with customers and generate income.
Mahero said initiatives such as the TAPYOWA NG 32 Experience play an important role in empowering small businesses by providing access to new markets while promoting entrepreneurship alongside tourism and cultural activities.
