GRAPHICS DESIGNER

A renowned media agency across the African continent, with footprints in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the position below.

Position: Graphics Designer
Compensation: P5,500.00 per month
Location: Selibe Phikwe, Botswana

Key Duties:
• Create compelling Canva-based designs for digital, print, and social media
• Design flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral
• Edit images, select visuals, and enhance content for strong presentation
• Translate briefs into effective visual work that aligns with brand goals
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver quality work on time and meet deadlines

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Design or equivalent
• Practical hands-on design experience is a must
• Portfolio is a must
• At least 2+ years of experience in agencies, creative industries, content production, marketing, or media environments

Must Have:
• Able to “get it” quickly and translate briefs into effective visual work
• Switched on, proactive, and reliable
• Able to take initiative in a fast-paced creative environment
• Capable of working under minimal supervision
• Strong eye for layout, branding, and presentation
• Good communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Must be willing to relocate to Selibe Phikwe
• Must be available to commence employment on 1 July 2026
