It’s easy to think you’re eating well, but are you eating well for *you* or following what other people are doing ?
Here’s how I eat right for me and my weight goals…
1️⃣ Food isn’t inherently bad unless abused.
2️⃣ Eat what you need, and leave what you don’t.
3️⃣ Listen to your body it’s always communicating. Know when it’s full, thirsty, hungry, or satisfied.
4️⃣ Cut out the extras: coatings, dressings, sauces, etc.
