Vacancies at Morupule Coal Mine

The Company seeks to invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. CHIEF SURVEYOR

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• BSc (Hons) Survey degree/ BSc relevant degree/NHD Mine Surveying
• 7 years post qualification experience
• Overall legal appointment over business unit(s) approved by Department of Mines in
accordance with the MQWM Act.
• Mine Surveyor (SAGC) or as Mine Surveyor (IMSSA) with SAMREC recognized
professional association.
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015.

2. SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant Business/ Management Qualification
• 3 years post graduate experience in Sales & Marketing environment.
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015

3. LABORATORY ANALYST

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Diploma in Analytical/Industrial Chemistry or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in a Laboratory environment
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015.

4. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Degree in Analytical/Industrial Chemistry or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience in a Laboratory environment
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015

5. ARTISAN (ELECTRICIAN X2, FITTER X2 & BOILEMAKER X1)

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• O’ Level plus National Craft Certificate (NCC) or equivalent.
• 2 year post qualifying experience or successful completion of the Artisan
Development Program (ADP) in relevant trade.
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015

6. GUEST HOUSE ATTENDANT

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• O’ Level certificate plus MTTC Trade Test B Certificate.
• Two years experience with exposure in housekeeping and cleaning administration.
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015

7. COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER - SOCIAL PERFOMANCE (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Degree in Communications and Public Relations or equivalent.
• 3 years post relevant experience in field.
• Knowledge of SHE Management System ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015
