HIMALAYA ROCK GIN


Crafted in Bhutan with juniper sourced from the Himalayan peaks, this gin is rooted in a strong sense of place, and that essence guided the entire packaging design. We wanted the visuals to reflect where the gin comes from, both geographically and culturally.

The bottle label features a hand-drawn illustration inspired by traditional Bhutanese painting styles, reinterpreted through a modern stroke-based approach. The artwork depicts a floating Himalayan mountain with water cascading from its peaks and clouds surrounding it; an iconic expression of Bhutan’s landscape and symbolism. The line-art style maintains the elegance of Bhutanese motifs while giving the design a clean, contemporary edge.

For the packaging container, we drew inspiration from the Jandhom (or Palang), the traditional Bhutanese vessel used to store local wine, allowing the structural design to echo Bhutanese craftsmanship.

Himalaya Rock Gin is a premium spirit crafted in the heart of Bhutan, inspired by the purity and majesty of the Himalayan peaks. Distilled with a unique blend of indigenous juniper, alpine herbs, and rare mountain spices, it captures the crisp essence of mountain air and the rich biodiversity of the region.

BHUTAN HONEY WINE

Redesigning Bhutan Honey Wine was straightforward from the beginning, with a clear goal: to capture the essence of the drink. The wines are made from natural polyfloral honey, sourced mainly from apple and peach blossoms. Using these blossoms as our inspiration, we illustrated them by mimicking traditional Bhutanese painting techniques; soft tones and distinctive color blending to create a design that feels authentically and uniquely Bhutanese.
