TashiCell participants worked in teams to effectively manage as many customer conflicts and issues as possible using the 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒅-𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆.

To enhance learning outcomes, theory sessions were interspersed with discussions, scenario-based cases, and roleplay customer service interactions.

Our participants from TashiCell have successfully attended our program on 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Customer Service tabletop simulation is a 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒅-𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆 where participants compete in teams to successfully resolve as many customer conflicts and issues as possible.

Participants rotate between the roles of a Customer and a Customer Service Executive (CSE) throughout the simulation and roleplay customer service interactions.
