Parts Sales Associate

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our parts department, assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts and accessories for their needs. If you have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of automotive parts, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine duties as they relate to proving excellent customer service. (smile, engaging ,courteous)
Greet the customer as they entering the store.

Ensure Cooler/Drinks are stock at all times
Inform management if displayed price does not correspond with price in system
Inform management of any item which is not in system.
Enter billing and credit invoices on the computer system.
Ensure that all items are scanned to ensure that inventory remains balanced
To conduct an inventory of spark plugs in your possession at the start and end of shift
Ensure that change is counted before given to the customer
Re-stocks and maintains store displays in retail area
Ensure that all items are priced correctly while stocking shelves
Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money.
Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the company’s standards and today's customer satisfaction.
Performs other tasks as required by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
Must be reliable and dependable
Must be efficient, flexible, and willing to learn
Must be able to lift 5lbs and more
Able to work in fast-paced environment and work under pressure
