Shoutout to Serena for crushing her goals! Day one she could barely run 10 meters without being winded! Our beginning sessions consisted of extended rest periods because she literally had to take a break after every couple of reps!
But with consistency, determination and a little bit of guidance anything is possible! As you can see, she’s full BEAST-MODE now and can probably run 800 meters without stopping!
