Hello Everyone, meet Cordell!

Cordell is the founder and CEO of Empower Projects.

What started as a concept for bringing modern, affordable, and durable construction to the Caribbean and South America has developed into a passion for revolutionizing how the company builds in these regions.

In 2019 Cordell was underway building out two show homes in the Bahamas that showcased both the affordable living initiative and a new system for building single and multi family homes when faced with catastrophe. After living through hurricane Dorian, his vision was galvanized when both structures, while only 40% complete, were still standing strong.

Using the highest quality of products Cordell’s vision for a Empower is to help concentrate on helping community redevelopment and focus on creating sustainable, affordable and environmentally responsible homes.
