Authentic Traveling

It has been an epic couple of months traveling around Asia and Australia with Fly AirAsia!

On this adventure I was able to visit Western Australia, Borneo, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur and finally ending in the Maldives.

AirAsia has always been my go-to airline for Southeast Asia as they make travel affordable in this part of the world.

I’ve flown them since 2014 enabling me to make my first ever visit to the African continent via Mauritius. They no longer serve Mauritius, but are always adding cool new destinations like Istanbul, Tashkent, Almaty, and soon London!

When they reached out about this opportunity to join their Traveller Squad, I immediately said yes! I’ve enjoyed exploring all these unique destinations and making content about them. And AirAsia made the whole process seamless. No wonder they keep winning the SkyTrax Award for best budget carrier year after year.

I will miss SE Asia but I’m excited to return again this October to speak at ETF in Bangkok and then spend a few months visiting the South Pacific Islands with Adenike.

How to pronounce Folarin Balogun

Balogun is a Nigerian name particularly a Yoruba name which is one of the largest ethnic groups in West Africa. They have tonal language so it can be difficult to pronounce for non-native speakers.
