How good could you let yourself feel.. ?
If you stopped gripping so tightly,
to the stories, to the pain, to the things that God never intended for to you have
Worry about
Chase after…
And focused instead on the the things that
Bring you joy
Spread a smile across your face
Light up your heart
Make you feel alive
Ami, Your hands were never meant to hold on so tightly
Your hands were meant to
Create
Heal
Love
Build
Nurture
Love
And those things can only happen,
When we open our hands
Gently, firmly, vulnerably, steadily
In offering to the earth

Wild, cause they almost had us down bad..
The good news is:
It’s not more time
It’s pattern interrupt. It’s new neurological pathways. It’s new ways of being in the body.
The nervous system changes through lived experience
Through safety, repetition, connection, being truly witnessed, heard and seen, joy and play..
Laughter lowers stress signals
Safe connection calms the amygdala = body’s internal fire alarm
Play restores Nervous System flexibility
Being seen rewires shame.
That is the medicine.
You never need more time, just the space to be more of you.
