This weekend, some of the world's brightest young minds gathered in a room in Cesenatico, Italy, and Bolivia was among them.

Matilde and Adriana represented Bolivia at EGOI 2026 — the European Girls’ Olympiad in Informatics — competing in person for the first time since the previous edition was held remotely.
Two students from Cochabamba who arrived here through years of preparation, national olympiads, mentorship, and the determination to keep stepping into opportunities larger than themselves.
