Terminal operations had expanded, the commercial offering had been restructured, and the company was positioning itself for the next phase of Saudi Vision 2030 logistics transformation. The 2022 report had to do justice to all of it, and stand up to scrutiny from the institutional capital the company was preparing to attract.

We rebuilt the narrative architecture, designed the full bilingual report, and structured the disclosures around the strategic shifts that define how SAL operates today.
