We get a lot of messages from people who have not received salary for 3 months, 5 months, 6 months etc. You should know that nonpayment of salary is a breach of contract by the employer, and you may take action against the employer for this breach. If you are not getting paid, these are 3 things you may do:

1. Send a message, email, letter to the employer explaining the breach asking for your payment.
2. If salary is still not paid, report the case to the Labor Protection Center and tell all details.
3. File a case in the labor court for your outstanding dues.
