Simbula

This summer, the European Commission presented a new package of legislative proposals to strengthen EU legislation to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The package includes proposals to:

- а new EU anti-money laundering body,
- a new AML/CFT Regulation,
- a new 6th AML/CFT Directive,
- an amendment to the Regulation on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets.
