💼 Finding a job when you are displaced, rebuilding a career after conflict, figuring out where to start when everything has changed, these problems do not sort themselves out. Sometimes a conversation with the right person at the right moment makes the difference.

In 2025, our career counselling programme delivered 364 sessions across 150 individuals in 14 countries. 41 participants secured job opportunities as a direct result. 📈

The programme runs in English, Arabic and Ukrainian, because the people who need it most should not have to navigate it in a language that is not theirs.

Participants rated it 4.6 out of 5. The 41 who found work are the number we keep returning to.⭐
