And yet, studies from MIT to the Lancet keep landing on one paradox: AI is already reshaping the people who use it - sharper outputs, weaker minds; more confidence, less judgment.
Because used as a starting point for thinking, AI multiplies the best minds in the room. But used as a substitute for it, it quietly erodes the capabilities that made them valuable in the first place.
