WE DID IT! 🙌 We’ve conducted a successful at the E.ON Power Plants Belgium site where we’re currently building a syngas fired boiler. Why we’re so excited about this?

It’s a milestone after months of blood, sweat and tears. During the pressure test, we fired up the boiler until we reached 141 bar, an extremely high pressure, comparable to the pressure at 1.4 km below sea level.

Its success means all parts have been pressure welded correctly and that, in general, everything is sealed properly. A confirmation of our dedication to craftmanship at the highest level, stated in the ‘Hydraulic Test Report’ that has been issued by an authorized body.

What’s next? 👇
In the upcoming months we’re finishing the assembly of non-pressure parts so we can start commissioning by next spring.

What a day! 🤩 For the first time in years, we welcomed our family and friends in our headquarters in Waregem for the coolest guided tour you can imagine. We showed them what ‘A working day in 2023’ means for us.

There were plenty of demos from our Design Engineers, energetic games for both adults and children, and, of course, delicious food and drinks.
