It starts with the conservation of energy (good insulation,...), progresses to various economies of energy (LED-lighting, energy efficient heating systems), next phase is generating it's own energy (PV-systems, wind turbines,...) and finally the storage of energy (battery systems,...). First 3 phases are currently in full development in Belgium (especially phase 1 & 3), thanks to a proactive government. Hopefully we will not loose the competitive advantage, due to short sightedness. It is time to join this necessary devellopment.
