Why not give SHAPE Parkrun a go on its 3rd Birthday on Saturday 25 July 2026? 🏃🏞️

If you want to participate, just register your details on the parkrun.com website beforehand so you have a parkrun ID and download the parkrun app so you can track your participation and work towards your first challenge – you will be told all about the event when you arrive.

SHAPE Parkrun has its own page https://facebook.com/shapeparkrun and the participants also use a WhatsApp Group to post updates and coordinate its volunteers.
